At Furnito, we strive to deliver quality furniture that meets your expectations. However, if you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Returns
You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, if:
The item is unused and in its original packaging
There is visible damage or manufacturing defect
You received the wrong item
To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number, item details, and reason for return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain products cannot be returned, including:
Custom-made or personalized items
Products damaged due to misuse or improper assembly
Items returned after 7 days of delivery
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
If approved:
The refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, contact us with order details and issue photos.
5. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement. After that, they may already be in processing or shipping.
